Lobster Two Crust Pie
(Individual serving)

1 each pie crust
4 ounces lobster meat, cooked and diced
½ cup newburgh sauce
1 Tablespoon green onions or chives
¼ cup button mushrooms, cooked and sliced


Line the bottom of an individual size pie pan with half the pie crust. Dot the bottom of the crust.

Combine lobster, newburgh sauce, onions and mushrooms in the pie crust.

Wash the edges, cover with the other half of the crust, vent the top and crimp the edges.

Bake in a 400 degree oven until brown.
